Go to your Accounts page and navigate to the Showroom & Demo Systems tab. Then click the kebab menu next to the Customer you wish to remove the Demo Plan from and click Revoke Subscription.

The associated Customer receives an email informing them that the Demo Plan has been revoked and their Control4 Connect subscription expires in 90 days. They are given the option to purchase a plan within 90 days.
